The 21st International Congress on Cyclodextrins was held at the Université du Littoral Côte d’Opale in Dunkirk from June 10 to 14, 2024. The congress was co-organized by three regional universities, Université du Littoral Côte d’Opale, Université de Lille and Université d’Artois, and the Société Française des Cyclodextrines. The 81 oral presentations given during the congress provided an update on the latest advances in a wide range of fields, from pharmaceuticals and cosmetics to decarbonation and use in batteries. The event welcomed 166 participants and 16 invited speakers from Italy, Singapore, Argentina, China, Taiwan, India, Spain, Japan, USA, Brazil, Denmark and Ireland (….).
