Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) are pollutants that are harmful to health and the environment. Their reduction is therefore a major concern. Today, building professionals must orient their choice of materials and products for better indoor and outdoor air quality and adapt to changing regulations in this area. However, they encounter difficulties, not only in accessing information about the impact on air quality of the products they wish to use, but also in understanding the tools they have at their disposal.
Aware of this problem, three projects of the European territorial cooperation program Interreg France-Wallonie-Vlaanderen (ET’Air, DepollutAir and TEXACOV), have joined forces to guide and provide answers to building professionals through a virtual round table bringing together speakers from different sectors.
11 videos have been produced and each one deals with a specific theme related to VOCs and materials.
